Welcome to Moimoney. By accessing or using the Moimoney application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Moimoney ("we", "us", "our") provides an offline-first expense tracking and financial management application. These Terms govern your access to the application on iOS and Android.
2. Subscriptions (Moimoney Pro)
Moimoney is free to use with optional premium features locked behind the "Moimoney Pro" subscription.
- Billing: Pro is billed on a weekly or yearly basis, as selected by you during purchase. Prices may vary by region and currency.
- Payment: Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform, and subscription status is managed via RevenueCat. We do not collect or store card details.
- Cancellation: Subscription auto-renews unless canceled within the period required by the applicable store. Cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play policy. Moimoney cannot directly issue store refunds.
3. User Accounts & Verification
You may use Moimoney locally on your device without creating an account. However, to access cloud synchronization and certain AI features, you must log in securely using third-party authenticators (such as Google or Apple).
Your subscription is linked to your App Store account initially. Creating an account inside Moimoney allows you to link your Pro purchase to your cloud profile to enable multi-device sync.
You may permanently delete your Moimoney account and associated cloud data from the app or request deletion outside the app through our account deletion page. Deleting a Moimoney account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
4. Cloud Sync and Backups
Cloud synchronization is provided as a feature of Moimoney Pro. While we use industry-standard infrastructure to continuously back up and sync your data securely, we are not liable for accidental data loss. Because Moimoney operates offline-first, your device retains the primary copy of your financial data.
5. AI Feature Usage and Quotas
We provide AI-powered receipt scanning and financial insights.
- Free Users: Registered free users receive a lifetime limit of 5 AI uses to test the feature.
- Pro Users: Subscribers receive a recurring quota (e.g., 100 receipt scans per month) governed by server configurations.
- Misuse: We reserve the right to temporarily suspend AI access for accounts attempting to bypass limits, automate API requests, or systematically abuse the AI features.
6. Optional Usage Analytics
Optional usage Analytics is voluntary, is not a condition of using Moimoney, and can be declined or withdrawn at any time in the app. Continued use after a Terms update does not constitute consent to Analytics; collection starts only after your affirmative in-app choice. The processing details and choices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Limitations of Liability
Moimoney is a personal expense tracking tool. We are not financial advisors. Any AI insights or financial summaries generated by the app are for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any financial loss, damages, or consequences resulting from decisions made based on data within the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service and will post an updated effective date or provide an in-app notice for material changes. Continued use after the update may indicate acceptance of the revised service terms, but it never grants consent for optional Analytics.
